Effect Composer: Effects using mipmaps don't show up correctly in project

The affected effects are "Mipmap drop shadow" and "Mipmap blur". The blur part of these effects doesn't show correctly in project, either when running the project or in 2D view

These effects should add parent.layer.smooth and parent.layer.mipmap setting in the generated qml onParentChanged function.
