Duplication of a Text Item Does Not Work

As a user I want to replicate a text item exactly as it has already been modified.

When attempting to duplicate a text item with modified properties, using either the copy+paste function in the 2D Editor or the right-click 'Duplicate' function in the Navigator Window, currently Design Studio will create a generic/plain text item rather what has been copy+pasted or Duplicated.
