Simulink Connector doesn't work on QDS 4.x

Summery of the issue

Simulink Connect for QDS doesn't work for QDS 4.x. Tested on QDS 4.1,  4.3.2 and 4.4 preview and none works fine. Tested with the sample application worked fine on QDS 3.x.

Reproducible steps

1. Download and extract the attached file simulinkSample_20240205.zip (simulinkSample_20240205.zip)
2. The extracted file includes both QDS project and Simulink model. Open both wit both tools.
3. Run QDS project and then run Simulink model.

Expected result

QML project show connected status and interact with Simulink model

Actual result

Both simulink model and QML project can't see the connection of each other
