Cannot start Qt UI Viewer with "clean" settings after uninstall - reinstall

Issue found:

If I uninstall + reinstall Qt UI viewer I can see the list of previously shared (and scanned) projects in the app.

If I have removed all my shared applications, I can see "Critical: Could not fetch available project list" popup seen on screen.

My expectation was that if I uninstall and reinstall, I would get clean start: I would need to scan QR code again if I want to access shared applications

Steps to reproduce:

• Install Qt UI Viewer from Google Play Store
• Share some applications on DS side
• Scan QR code in Qt UI Viewer
• -> projects seen in drop down menu as expected
• Uninstall Qt UI Viewer
• Reinstall Qt UI Viewer
• Open UI Viewer
• -> Shared projects are available without scanning QR code or "Critical: Could not fetch available project list" popup seen on screen if shared applications were deleted in DS before reinstalling Qt UI Viewer.
