Effect composer created effects sometimes become visible in components view under "My Components". 

This seems to happen when you save changes to an existing effect. If the effect uses BlurHelper, you get also BlurHelper component to show up under "My Components".

Effects don't have any icon so it looks ugly, and also dragging a previously unused effect from components view into the scene doesn't add the required import, so they are also not working correctly. They should not appear in components view at all.
