Make Studio Components configurable

      Now in Studio Controls everything is built always. Our configuration for qmlcomponents should have different levels for configuration

      Use configuration flags to include items based on need:

      • MCU only
      • Android related items
      • Legacy Effects (Qt Graphical Effects based)
      • Specific features
        • FlowView
        • JsonModel loading
      • Non-documented QML items

      We should deliver ready made samples for main use-cases (Automotive, MCU, Desktop) so configuration can be applied easy.

      For MVP the configuration can be inside qmlproject file but for polished feature we need UI for this.
