Changes to column width and row height are lost

Steps to reproduce:

• Create a new model
• Add couple of columns
• Make some of the columns wider and some narrower than the default width
• Adjust row height too, make it higher
• Add a new row using +
• -> Column width and row height reset back to default sizes. Would expect changes to persist.
• This also happens when switching between different models (change width&height in module1, then select module2, select module1 again -> width&height in module1 back to defaults) and when closing/reopening the project
