Figma Auto-layout support for absolute positioning

      Customer Reported.  Figma component (pop up ) contained several auto layouts.  When run through the bridge only the background rectangles were visible.  Related to AbsolutePositioning.   It appears we place all Absolute Positioning layers in the front of the auto-layout.

      Figma auto-layout codegen needs property for Z order.
