Switch to new code model in Qt Creator master. We have to be careful to stay on the old code model for Qt Design Studio.
If Qml Designer Lite is not loaded the QmlDesigner should bail out with an error message if the new code model is enabled.
The code model switch is compile time.
QDS rebranding requires to set the compile switch to the old code model.
