Hide effects from Components view

Found issue:

When effect is applied to a component, "effect module" is shown in Components view (see attached picture). It can be removed which then causes issues to the project. Could we hide effects from Components view since user does not need those to be shown there?

Steps to reproduce:

• Create an effect and save
• Apply to some selected component
• -> Effect module shown in Components view (not expected)
• Right click and select "Remove module"
• ->"Item could not be created" error shown for the effect in Navigator, project cannot be run.
