Generate AnchorChanges when anchors are changed in different states

      We should generate AnchorChanges(https://doc.qt.io/qt-6/qml-qtquick-anchorchanges.html) when anchors are changed in differente states. Currently, users must write AnchorChanges manually in Code editor.

      As you can see in the image below, QDS doen't even allow changing anchors except in the base state.
