Update to crashpad instructions

      Documentation https://doc.qt.io/qtdesignstudio/studio-crashpad.html refers to use of "Edit > Preferences >"which is not available anymore with Qt Design Studio 4.4.0

      Instead the users need to "global settings" link via the project settings.

      Could there be also added detail to how access the local crash report files which are located at Windows at least in:
      Qt\Tools\QtDesignStudio\bin\crashpad_reports\reports
