Add "GLSL" to "New File - Qt Design Studio"

QDS doesn't have "GLSL" in "Add New." Therefore, a user cannot add a shader file in QDS.

What I want to do with shader is to add a trailing effect to the needle in speedometer, whicn I don't think possible with Effect Composer.
