Sometimes effect composer created effects have an offset in 2D view

If effect composer created effect includes effect margin, such as drop shadow, the effect is rendered with incorrect offset in view 2D. The effect shows up correctly when running the application, though.

Another case where there is an incorrect offset in 2D view is if the effect parent has clip:true. In this case all effect composer created effects have this issue. Note that to see the offset, puppet reset may be needed after changing the clip value.
