Prioritized categorization of QML components

Currently all QML components are organized into categories defined by the framework. Not use-case

Technical information

Currently Qt DS does not define a structure for components-view at all. The order comes from the components that are mapped into it. The structure is defined in plugin.metainfo file so we can easily re-order them around.

Expected outcome: Components are categorized based on the usage, similar to other 2D UI creation tools.
