Choose BIG_RESOURCES for the big resources automatically when exporting a project to cmake

When there is a big resource in the project, a build on Qt Creator would fail due to lack of memory in the building machine. I think it would be nice if QDS can automatically check the size of the assets and decide to use qt_add_big_resource() or BIG_RESOURECES for qt_add_resources() in the generated cmake, or a user should do it manually everytime the cmake gets generated, given a new one overwrites the old one.
