Fresnel needs to have example project

There needs to be example project in Qt DS examples that illustrates the usage of Fresnel power and clear coat. We can use similar to attached project. UntitledProject20.zip 

User needs to be able to control the fresnel behavior with fresnel power (and/or bias & scale)

Project should be named 'Fresnel example' to highlight only the usage of Fresnel power, bias and scale.
