Save error: timeRunning remains

After I apply and delete the effect, if I press the save button for that effect, timeRunning will not be deleted and an error occurs.

For users who don't touch the code, how can I fix the error if I apply and delete the effects using only the panel? his error is known to occur when using the Effect Composer internally. How can this error be addressed? New users are not expected to be familiar with such guidance.
