As a user I want to control the acceleration of my mouse within the 3D view.

Currently when in the 3D view and I hold the right mouse button down to rotate / navigate around the scene, the scene moves around with massive speed making it impossible to rotate the screen properly.

In the vid below, I am barely moving my mouse and the acceleration makes it impossible to work in the 3D space.
