As a user, I expect the gizmo to be visible in each view in the Split View. Currently it is only visible in the active view of the Split View. So to get it in the other view I have to click in the other view, then click the object again to get the gizmo to show up.

This sort of defeats the purpose of Split View which is to help users quickly position objects.
