Dropshadow breaks if component is resized

    Description

      If user resizes the component that has dropshadow (with default values) enabled, the view breaks

      Steps:

      1. Create a rectangle
      2. Create a 'DropShodow' effect element into assets with effect composer
      3. Drag the dropshadow from assets on top of the rectangle
      4. Resize the item, see:
