Stop QDS UI From Flashing During Normal Operation

    Description

      The entire QDS interface will flash during any operation...

      • moving the mouse from the 2D view to other parts of the UI
      • mousing over a dropdown or open field in the Property View
      • mousing over any button in the top bar
      • when the cursor is live inside the code window, the screen will flash in conjunction with the cursor flashing as well

      Perhaps we can cease this from happening. Thank you.
