Project size incorrect, component sizes and positions wrong in 2D View

Steps to reproduce:

• Create a general empty project with default settings
• -> Size should be 1920x1080, but is 640x480
• -> Label size and position incorrect
• -> Button position wrong and not showing "Press me" text
• See attached picture
• Attached also 2D view from Outrun Cluster example, looks totally wrong
