QML effects module doesn't work

      When I try to add an effect in the EFFECTS group property box "QML not found" error is raised (refer to the attached screenshot). All values for Blur/Shadows can't be set (fields are greyed out.

       

      Sometimes after a while warning that  "feature not supported" is displayed (feature_not_supported.png)
