In Design View, while the Code View is open, if a property is selected after a property that contains a code block, then the Property View displays properties for the root item. Selecting a property before a code block works as expected.

In the attached example, a ListView has several properties set. Clicking on line 11, corresponding to the height property, causes the Property View to correctly display the properties of a ListView. The next property, delegate, is assigned an Item. Selecting any properties after delegate causes the Property View to incorrectly display the root item's properties.
