Unknown should not be a data type in the list

    Description

      Issue found:

      • The user should not have an option of "unknown" in the datatype options list
      • Snapshot: 17
      • OS: Mac OS/ M1

      How to reproduce

      1. Open Model editor
      2. Creat a column, and open data type selection

      Expected behavior

      Unknown datatype should not be an option the user chooses. String should be default unknown.
