    Description

      Ignore build-folder ins source folder.

      In Qt Creator in source builds starting with build- are now the default.

      We should ignore such folders.

      Options

      Use "build-*" to detect and ignore build folders.

      We could also search for .nina, makefiles and .vcproj related files and ignore folders that contain those.
