Qt6 project is not loading after Qt6.5.0 kit selection but loading when Qt5.15 kit selection time

Qt6.5.0 kit selection time an error message is being as "The executable of the QML emulation layer (QML puppet) may not be responding. Switching to another kit might help".

When switch to Qt5.15 kit the design page is loading but Qt6 project will not be running. On that case I tried to download Qt6.2.4 kit but on download time through maintainence tool, i am facing an issue of mirror problem that is can't able to download from the site.
