3D Edit View doesn't update correctly after a delete

    Description

      In attached project there are two Cube objects in the scene. If one of them is deleted, both of them are removed from 3D Edit View, although in the navigator the other one still exists as should. Remaining Cube shows up again once 3D Edit View is re-opened.
