The scene re-draw is slow in 2D view

It takes time for the 2D view to re-draw the scene. For that the user interaction feels delayed, Perhaps making the optimization faster can improve the user experience.  Check the attached Gif image for the idea. Where a background effect re-draws itself very slow.
