License dialog blocks welcome page in Qt DS

    Description

      When starting Qt DS and you get the new license server evaluation dialog - it blocks the Qt DS buttons in the welcome page.

      If you close the Enterprise Evaluation dialog (red button in the corner, buttons in the dialog are defunkt) you can continue using DS.
