Add error handing framework

So far, we throw an exception if an error occurs. However, that can be improved by providing the user with feedback so he can fix the QML and C++ files. Because so many files are broken, the synchronization should continue.

That adds the cost of more dependencies because all dependencies have to be updated if the files are repaired.
