create a QDS 4.1.1 LTS release

      We never kept the configuration. I thought keeping that version was a one-shot, not a path we need to take again.

      • duplicate release configuration from the time of the 4.1 release
      • make sure it compiles
        • backport CMAKE BUILD_DESIGNSTUDIO switch
      • change Qt version to 6.5.5
      • add patches from Vikas
      • run tests for that version
        • are there other patches necessary?
