Description
3D edit view: Moving the edit view dialog between two monitors with differing pixel ratios sometimes causes puppet window to be incorrect size. Resizing the dialog doesn't generally fix this issue; you need to move it back to different monitor to fix it. The puppet can also get repositioned off the dialog in these cases.
Quite reliable way to repro this is to drag edit view partially to different monitor so that the frame changes size and then back without releasing the drag, but sometimes it happens when just dragging the dialog from one monitor to the other.
