please make effects gradient setting per layer

      • Effects settings
      • Gradients settings
      • Shape related setting

      • these settings shall be case by case if the effects are dynamic then it would be ok to generate effect QML if the design is static then it shall be just an image.

      so not just a "Global" default setting, we also should have an individual setting for each layer.
