QtQuick.Studio.DesignEffects is not editable and why not MultiEffect

      I tested https://www.figma.com/community/file/1374788268771246576
      I found the DesginEffect is generated but not editable, even it is not visible in the navigator or property view.

      so if the generated DesignEffect is static why not generate an image?
      and Qt already has MultiEffect why does QDS require DesignEffect?
