Materials are not showing in Content Library

    Description

      Tested with QDS 4.6 Built on Jun 12 2024 21:47:39

      Materials are not showing at all on Content Library. It just shows "No materials available. Make sure you have internet connection" even though the computer has a internet connection.

      Re-installing QDS and deleting old QDS related folders from computer did not help.
