Add proxy authentication to Qt Design Studio

      It's actually the same issue that once happened to Qt Creator:
      https://bugreports.qt.io/browse/QTCREATORBUG-30369

      No way to access Internet behind a NTLM-authenticated proxy server, so Qt Creator just cannot start. It was solved by adding proxy authentication dialog so that customer can just type in authentications.

      Now the same issue happens to Qt Design Studio too. QDS cannot access Internet so no way to verify license, etc., and fail to start. So similar proxy authentication dialog should be added to QDS too.
