Linux: Cannot move 3D or 2D asset import dialog separately from DS window

    Description

      Please see attached recording.

      On our Linux test machines (Ubuntu20&Ubuntu22) 2D asset importer dialog and 3D asset import dialog cannot be moved independently -> DS window also moves along with the dialog. This is different behaviour compared to Windows and macOS, where dialogs can be moved independently.

      Resizing the dialog works fine.
