Cannot overwrite existing texture in User Assets

Steps to reproduce:

• Create/open a project
• Import some image asset to the project
• Add it to User Assets by right clicking it in Assets view -> Add to Content Library
• Add it to User Assets again
• -> nothing happens. Was expecting that user is asked whether existing asset should be overwritten or not
