3D Edit View stays open when closing a project -> closing 3D Edit View then closes Design Studio also

If you close a project while 3D Edit View is open, the 3D Edit View does not close automatically. When closing the 3D Edit View window then manually, Design studio closes also.

Test steps:

• Open the attached project in design mode
• Make sure the 3D Edit View is open
• Click File -> Close all projects and editors
• Click "Save all"
• ->Design studio shows the "Welcome screen" and 3D Edit View stays open on top of it
• Close the 3D Edit View manually
• -> Design Studio is closed also. User would probably expect the Design Studio to stay open showing "Welcome screen".
