Verifying QDS on macOS fails when run tests through Jenkins

It seems that this happens when running RTA tests through Jenkins on macOS. For some reason, the verifying process does not start when QDS puppet test is running (the verifying should appear on tst_run_puppets) but somewhere in the middle of other tests. This seem to cause the verifying process to fail.

How to reproduce:
1. Start smoke tests for QDS from Jenkins
2. You will notice that the verifying process does not start, when tst_run_puppets test is running.
3. When the test is on tst_projects_smoke, the verifying process starts, when the tests tries to run the project. The verifying process will freeze and "QDS is damaged" message will appear
