Format and prepare macOS PM for RTA testing

First, give the formatted computer to somebody, who have permissions to run ansible on it for .ssh configurations and other stuff (Tony Sarajärvi at Oulu office)

Set up testing environment and other needed tools etc:

• Install Git
• Clone RTA repo under qt/repos (
  git clone ssh://codereview.qt-project.org:29418/qtqa/tqtc-qt-rta
  • NOTE: Do not use your own ssh key
• Install Squish in path
  • /opt/squish/squish_for_qt65 and
  • /opt/squish/squish_for_qt67
  • Do "xattr -c -r [path]" for the paths
  • Change qtwrapper.ini from squish_install/etc/ FilterViewportWidget 1 -> 0
• Add to Jenkins and other related setups: https://intranet.qt.io/display/QTRD/How+to%3A+add+new+physical+machine+to+Jenkins
• Note: for Python installation Python3 should be enough, no need to install Python2 anymore
• Install and set up Team Viewer connection
• Install xcode and other needed developer tools
