Issue with 3D user assets that are added inside a 3D component file

Steps to reproduce:

• Create a 3D project
• Import attached Electriccar_27k.gltf to the project
• Drag and drop it to scene
• Right click it in Navigator and choose "Edit component"
• Right click e.g "root" or "tire_front_left" in Navigator and choose "Add to content library"
• -> Adding seems to succeed: added item is visible in Content Library - User Assets
• Close the project and create a new 3D project
• Right click added item in Content Library - User Assets and choose "Add an instance to project"
• -> Item is not added: not visible in 3D View/Navigator
