Trying to add User Asset material by drag and drop to Navigator leads to issues

Steps to reproduce:

• Have some materials saved in User Assets
• Create a 3D project
• Try adding a User Asset material to the project by dragging and dropping it from Content Library - User assets to some component in Navigator
• -> Material is not added to the project, cannot see it in Navigator or Material Browser
• -> Trying to add it or any other material from User Assets by clicking "+" or "Add instance" then fails too.
• Dragging and dropping User Assets - Materials (e.g Brick, Ceramic) doesn't cause similar issues, but material is added to materiallibrary.
