Split View documentation

Split documentation for the Views into two parts where needed.

• One part for Reference documentation, this includes just the description of the view, no task topics.
• One (or more) parts for Working with documentation, this is the task topics.

This is at least for the following views:

• Translation
• Texture Editor
• Material Editor & Browser
• Model Editor
• Effect Composer
• Transition Editor
• Curve Editor
• Components

Also add relevant \sa links.
