3D First UX POC
Description
Currently Qt DS works with 2D first and embeds the 3D experience into it with separate module. The workflow working with the 3D project is not easy to understand and must be rethought.
There are few user stories for this
- how to add 2D content to 3D project
- how the materials and textures are applied and perfected
- how to control 3D content with 2D items
- how user can easily validate the project
- how user can tweak the 3D rendering controls
Outcome of this POC is
- better understanding what Qt DS and Quick3D need for 3D HMI approach
- work estimate for the above
- prototype which can be used with Qt's tech artists to validate the flow
