Fix views to work with DDETACH_DISABLED_VIEWS=true

    Description

      When the cmake option DETACH_DISABLED_VIEWS is enabled only views which are visible are actually attached.
      This is important for performance and stability.
      Multiple 3D views still have an issue with this option.
