Separate visually 3D, 2D and non-visible items in navigator

    Description

      In the navigator, user cannot easily determine which of the items is 

      a) about pure 2D

      b) used in 3D 

      c) does not have UI representation (animation, node etc)

       

      Some other UI editors use color coding on the icon so that for example

      red = 2D

      green = 3D

      white = no UI visualization

       

      Qt DS should have similar paradigm. We need to agree the colors that we use.
