Description
Steps to reproduce:
- Create/Open a 3D project
- Open Visibility Toggles menu from 3D View toolbar
- Hover mouse over Camera view options combobox, but do not click to open the combobox
- -> Empty tooltip
opens. Would expect it to have some content or not shown at all.
